Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026 · 0Tick Anticheat (“0T-AC”)
This Privacy Policy describes how 0Tick (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the 0Tick Anticheat website, panel, licensing, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Who this applies to
This Policy applies to visitors of our website, customers who purchase or manage licenses, and administrators who use the panel. If you are a player on a FiveM server that runs our software, your server operator’s privacy notice may also apply; we process some technical data on behalf of operators as described below.
2. Information we collect
Account and authentication. If you sign in with Discord (or another provider we enable), we receive identifiers from that provider (for example, user id, username, avatar) as needed to operate your account.
Licensing and billing. We process purchase-related records (for example, order references, license keys or tokens, activation status, and payment metadata from our payment partners). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers when payments are handled by a processor.
Service and security operations. When you use the panel or connect licensed servers, we may process technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, configuration payloads required for the Service, ban or detection records you choose to store, webhook delivery metadata, and diagnostic logs needed to secure and operate the Service.
Communications. If you email us (for example at support@0tick.com), we retain the correspondence as needed to respond and maintain our records.
3. How we use information
We use information to: provide, authenticate, and bill for the Service; enforce license terms; detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents; improve reliability and performance; communicate with you about the Service; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement balanced against your rights); consent where required (for example certain optional communications or cookies, if presented); and legal obligation where applicable.
5. Sharing of information
We share information with service providers who assist us (for example hosting, payment processing, authentication, analytics where used). We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
6. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and configuration (for example, logs you generate in the panel).
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact support@0tick.com. We may need to verify your request.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for authentication, security, and basic site functionality. If we deploy non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will present choices where required by law.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will adjust the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
